Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily task distribution for Technical Support Agents/Engineers
  • Build and cultivate internal and external customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for management escalations
  • Onboard and train new team members while overseeing conflict resolution and conducting one-on-one meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 7 years of technical support experience at a higher Tier level
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience required
  • 2+ years of management experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Communication and Collaboration technologies, as well as JIRA ticketing system
  • Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance or payments
