Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support to lead the Technical Support team and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the technical support function, managing ticket flow and ensuring timely responses to customer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements, playbooks, and internal documentation for support workflows
  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring a technical support team
  • Strong operational mindset with a background in improving support workflows
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across various initiatives
  • Experience in supporting enterprise software or security platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity infrastructure is advantageous
