Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support to lead the Technical Support team and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the technical support function, managing ticket flow and ensuring timely responses to customer issues
- Develop and implement process improvements, playbooks, and internal documentation for support workflows
- Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring a technical support team
- Strong operational mindset with a background in improving support workflows
- Ability to manage competing priorities across various initiatives
- Experience in supporting enterprise software or security platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise identity infrastructure is advantageous
