Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager - Product Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Product Support Engineers to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues and manage customer communications for enhanced satisfaction
  • Continuously improve support processes and develop training programs for the technical application scientists team


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product support engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the engineering field
  • Strong technical background in a specific engineering domain preferred
