Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of vendor Technical Support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with Engineering for resolutions
- Build and improve workflows for efficient communication between support, product, and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support operations, solutions engineering, or technical program management
- Experience working with global vendor support teams across multiple time zones
- Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with ad serving, APIs, and web technologies
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it for various audiences
- Proactive in identifying patterns and improving processes
