Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of vendor Technical Support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with Engineering for resolutions
  • Build and improve workflows for efficient communication between support, product, and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support operations, solutions engineering, or technical program management
  • Experience working with global vendor support teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with ad serving, APIs, and web technologies
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it for various audiences
  • Proactive in identifying patterns and improving processes
