Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Operator to provide technical assistance and customer support in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for personal emergency response devices and immediate assistance to subscribers
  • Facilitate installation and troubleshooting with subscribers and service providers while following specific protocols
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, including attendance, appearance, and confidentiality regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills are necessary
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Russian/Chinese) preferred
