Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tech Support Operator to provide technical assistance and customer support in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for personal emergency response devices and immediate assistance to subscribers
- Facilitate installation and troubleshooting with subscribers and service providers while following specific protocols
- Maintain compliance with company standards, including attendance, appearance, and confidentiality regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills are necessary
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish/Russian/Chinese) preferred
