Job Summary

Technical Support Programmer, a full-time position responsible for collaborating with a team to support the annual release process for core banking platforms and providing ongoing customer support across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual release process for SilverLake and 20/20 core platforms
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers nationwide
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance product offerings and customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in programming and technical support
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Proximity to specified office locations within a 70-mile radius
