Job Summary
Technical Support Programmer, a full-time position responsible for collaborating with a team to support the annual release process for core banking platforms and providing ongoing customer support across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual release process for SilverLake and 20/20 core platforms
- Provide ongoing technical support to customers nationwide
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product offerings and customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Experience in programming and technical support
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Proximity to specified office locations within a 70-mile radius
- Ineligibility for immigration sponsorship
