Job Summary

Providing inbound technical support, the temporary full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email while working remotely, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Follow established procedures for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or a call center
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and hardware basics
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Private workspace with a strong wired internet connection
