Job Summary
Providing inbound technical support, the temporary full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email while working remotely, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
- Follow established procedures for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment
- Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or a call center
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and hardware basics
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Private workspace with a strong wired internet connection
