Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
  • Analyze and resolve incoming requests, prioritize actions, and document interactions in the ticketing system
  • Conduct technical research, maintain network diagrams, and instruct users on PC and network usage

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office and technical infrastructure
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries, conduct Knowledge Base searches, and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Prior Help Desk experience preferred, college coursework a plus, experience with virtual private networking beneficial
  • U.S. Citizenship required
