Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical support assistance for software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal staff
  • Triage support requests via email, phone, and live chats, and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and create reports on program status

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma is required
  • 2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or customer service
  • Familiarity with relational databases and the software development cycle
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and help desk software is preferred
