Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical support assistance for software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal staff
- Triage support requests via email, phone, and live chats, and escalate issues as needed
- Assist with user acceptance testing and create reports on program status
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- High school diploma is required
- 2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or customer service
- Familiarity with relational databases and the software development cycle
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and help desk software is preferred
