Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Document problems and complete problem tickets in support tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues while managing call workload effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of technical and/or call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required, or 2 years equivalent experience
