Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
- Offer training and troubleshooting support to address customer issues
- Document all interactions and arrange for product repairs as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with database applications and spreadsheets is advantageous
- Experience with Windows navigation and MS Office applications
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
