Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies and database concepts
  • Experience with operating systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Programming or IT/Sys Admin experience is a plus
