Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Remote (US Based Only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service requests via established troubleshooting procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and adhere to troubleshooting procedures
  • Process 25+ inbound support cases per day through various communication channels
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Technical knowledge in Linux, TCP/IP networking, SQL, or DHCP
  • 2+ years of call center experience or 1+ year of remote technical support experience
  • Experience with case logging software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work an overnight schedule and weekends
  • Restaurant experience and a college degree are a plus
