Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Remote (US Based Only).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service requests via established troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain knowledge of all products and adhere to troubleshooting procedures
- Process 25+ inbound support cases per day through various communication channels
Required Qualifications and Education
- Technical knowledge in Linux, TCP/IP networking, SQL, or DHCP
- 2+ years of call center experience or 1+ year of remote technical support experience
- Experience with case logging software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work an overnight schedule and weekends
- Restaurant experience and a college degree are a plus
