Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting and account inquiries
  • Monitor networks and escalate issues for dispatch when necessary
  • Document interactions with end-users and deliver email support while managing voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be willing to work shift schedules in a 24x7 Call Center environment
  • Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
