Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line technical assistance for consumers and support high-speed internet services
- Resolve technical problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Manage trouble ticket systems and demonstrate advanced product knowledge to solve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- College degree preferred but not required
