Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technology Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front line technical assistance for consumers and support high-speed internet services
  • Resolve technical problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage trouble ticket systems and demonstrate advanced product knowledge to solve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • College degree preferred but not required
