Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and installers
  • Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support
  • Administer service programs and dispatch installers for onsite service as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment (minimum of 12 months preferred)
  • Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment
  • Computer literacy in various applications including email, MS Office Suite, and customer databases
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage
