Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and installers
- Provide operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support
- Administer service programs and dispatch installers for onsite service as needed
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment (minimum of 12 months preferred)
- Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment
- Computer literacy in various applications including email, MS Office Suite, and customer databases
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage
