Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I, Remote, Temp to Hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and installers
  • Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support

Required Qualifications
  • Prior customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment (minimum of 12 months)

  • Computer literacy in various applications including e-mail and MS Office Suite
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekend coverage
