Technical Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Tax & Accounting Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level technical support for tax and accounting software applications
• Utilize trouble ticketing systems for accurate documentation and management of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues and participate in quality control testing of new product lines

Required Qualifications

• At least six months' experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, Support Desk, or Customer Support environment
• Minimum six months' experience communicating with customers by phone
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with PCs; SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours to meet business needs
