Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support and manage technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Monitor and manage incident and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with relevant teams and document processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Training or certification in Cisco, Cambien, Calix, and Juniper
  • Working knowledge of network technologies and components
  • Experience with network troubleshooting methods such as telnet and Ping
