Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II to provide payments-related technical support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service/support via various communication channels
- Triage inbound customer communications and manage ticket processing and escalation
- Assist clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems and related services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- 1+ year in a call center environment within the payments industry is a plus
- Some college or college degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
