Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II to provide payments-related technical support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service/support via various communication channels
  • Triage inbound customer communications and manage ticket processing and escalation
  • Assist clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS systems and related services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • 1+ year in a call center environment within the payments industry is a plus
  • Some college or college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
