Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Application Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service as the first point of contact for associates
- Utilize a ticketing system to track and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge is required
- Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is ideal
- Familiarity with software development in languages such as UniBasic, Java, React, or Python is preferred
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Office products is a plus
