Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Application Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service as the first point of contact for associates
  • Utilize a ticketing system to track and resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education preferred
  • Basic SQL knowledge is required
  • Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is ideal
  • Familiarity with software development in languages such as UniBasic, Java, React, or Python is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Office products is a plus
