Technical Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and support teams to ensure successful implementation of QuickBooks Online
• Manage conversions of small business clients onto QuickBooks Online and enhance user experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working with accountants or in accounting is a plus
• Strong understanding of accountant workflows
• Ability to technically troubleshoot as needed
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience
