Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Rep II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for application issues to internal and external users
- Collaborate with support colleagues and internal teams to enhance customer service
- Act as a customer advocate, managing high-priority issues and capturing feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in software support or a related position
- Industry knowledge of medical billing, specifically Ambulance billing and EDI X12 ANSI 5010 transaction sets
- Basic logic and coding experience, with familiarity in Visual Studio
- Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team
