Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Rep II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for application issues to internal and external users
  • Collaborate with support colleagues and internal teams to enhance customer service
  • Act as a customer advocate, managing high-priority issues and capturing feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software support or a related position
  • Industry knowledge of medical billing, specifically Ambulance billing and EDI X12 ANSI 5010 transaction sets
  • Basic logic and coding experience, with familiarity in Visual Studio
  • Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team
