Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers' IT service requests and provide assistance in a call center environment
  • Screen and handle calls, entering information into a database while assisting customers
  • Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve information system problems, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support or education in IT
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows (7 and 10), Microsoft Office (2010-2013), and networking
  • Experience troubleshooting wireless connections
  • A+, Net+, or Help Desk Tech Certification is a plus
