Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to assist customers
  • Provide training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
  • Document interactions and arrange for product repairs as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with database applications and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Experience with Windows navigation and Win CE operation systems is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous
