Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to assist customers
- Provide training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
- Document interactions and arrange for product repairs as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with database applications and Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience with Windows navigation and Win CE operation systems is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or French is advantageous
