Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II to provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, assisting callers with card disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and intake of dispute information
  • Working in multiple applications simultaneously
  • Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and directing them to their respective financial institutions when appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support
  • Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a contact center open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
  • Reliable, high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
