Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to work remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality communication and support to customers regarding calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of products
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely service through collaboration with internal departments
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the 2nd level Support Team and provide feedback for knowledge base updates
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of technical customer service experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand technical products and software applications
  • Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and word processing
  • Experience with call center operations is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
