Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to work remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality communication and support to customers regarding calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of products
- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely service through collaboration with internal departments
- Escalate unresolved issues to the 2nd level Support Team and provide feedback for knowledge base updates
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of technical customer service experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and software applications
- Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, and word processing
- Experience with call center operations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
