Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technical Support & Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first level technical assistance and support for consumers
  • Assist with product recommendations and resolve customer issues related to high-speed internet services
  • Manage trouble tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • General knowledge of Windows-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
