Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Support & Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical assistance and support for consumers
- Assist with product recommendations and resolve customer issues related to high-speed internet services
- Manage trouble tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- General knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
