Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (M-F/Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately
  • Provide and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
  • Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced English fluency required (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work remotely in Ukraine and align shifts with US business hours
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
