Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative for the Night Shift.

- Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance for POS software and hardware issues
- Repair and maintain equipment, including POS terminals, scanners, and computers
- Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software
- Strong understanding of POS hardware and peripherals
- Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level
- Capable of repairing terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level
- Proficient in networking
