Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance and support to store and clinic employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document problems, complete tickets, and manage support tools
  • Provide customer support by diagnosing and resolving issues within service level agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of technical and/or call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required or 2 years equivalent experience
  • Experience in a help desk/call center environment is preferred
  • Experience using computer hardware and software applications is preferred
