Job Summary

  • Manage and maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical support experience is required

  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel
  • Experience in chat and email etiquette
