Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative who will assist customers with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve issues reported by clients via phone, email, and chat support
- Manage and maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues
- Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience is required
- General curiosity about technology and how it works
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
- Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel
- Experience in chat and email etiquette
