Job Summary
Technical Support Representative provides full-time support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to end user inquiries and resolve problems associated with telecommunications networks and software applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for resolution
- Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
