Job Summary

Technical Support Representative provides full-time support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to end user inquiries and resolve problems associated with telecommunications networks and software applications
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for resolution
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
