Job Summary

Providing remote customer support, the temporary full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of products while promoting positive customer relations.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Instruct customers and installers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or a call center
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with OS navigation and email
  • Private workspace and strong internet connection with wired connectivity capability
