Job Summary

Providing first-level technical assistance, the full-time Technical Support Representative will resolve customer inquiries related to high-speed internet services while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver front-line technical support for consumers, addressing issues related to internet connectivity and performance
  • Manage troubleshooting and issue resolution for client-specific services and devices, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Open and manage trouble tickets for user issues, adhering to all work schedule assignments and company policies
Required qualifications
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and familiarity with operating systems and software
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
