Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Technical Support Representative will provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting with billing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues in a 24x7 call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, addressing technical problems and billing inquiries
  • Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution for multiple end-users
  • Document customer interactions in the Case Management solution and respond to email and voicemail inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of personal computer networking
  • Ability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment
  • Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 35 WPM
  • Prior experience in setting up or managing a wireless network is a plus
