Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Technical Support Representative will provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, assisting with billing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues in a 24x7 call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, addressing technical problems and billing inquiries
- Monitor deployed networks and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution for multiple end-users
- Document customer interactions in the Case Management solution and respond to email and voicemail inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work shift schedules in a 24x7 call center environment
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 35 WPM
- Prior experience in setting up or managing a wireless network is a plus
