Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Support Representative I for a temporary, full-time remote position, responsible for answering customer calls, providing troubleshooting and installation support, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and installers, providing operation and troubleshooting support
  • Instruct customers and installers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
  • Administer service programs and prepare daily logs to effectively address service issues
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months of prior customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications including email, MS Office Suite, and customer databases
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Proven excellent attendance history in previous employment
