Job Summary

To provide exceptional technical support, the remote Technical Support Representative will solve complex technical problems, implement advanced features of applications, and document defects for the development team.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support and assistance to customers and consultants
  • Test and identify defects, documenting issues for the development team
  • Write SQL queries and troubleshoot application and data-related issues
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS
  • Strong SQL query skills, with the ability to write and modify SQL independently
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare software industry
