Job Summary
Providing technical support to end-users, the full-time Technical Support Representative will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of systems in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Document support tickets and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a technical support role or help desk environment is desirable
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) may be advantageous
