Job Summary
Providing technical assistance to clients, the full-time hourly Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot issues, offer product guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product information and guidance to enhance user experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
- Experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
