Job Summary
Providing inbound technical support, the temporary full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring positive customer relations and troubleshooting issues remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to customers through various communication channels
- Instruct customers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or call center roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask while assisting customers in real time
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and email
- Wired internet connection and a private workspace for remote work
