Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the temporary full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of equipment while promoting positive customer relations.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Instruct customers on equipment installation and maintenance while documenting interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product and knowledge base improvements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or a call center
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and hardware basics
  • Private workspace with a strong wired internet connection
