Job Summary

Providing technical and customer support for the Regulatory Reporting Solutions EDI Claims system, the full-time Technical Support Representative will assist CMS clients, Workers' Compensation clients, and Auto Trigger clients while ensuring compliance with IAIABC standards and resolving system issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to EDI Claims for various client types
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis and testing of jurisdictional requirements and client import files
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and jurisdictions, providing feedback on requirements and assisting with claim rejections
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of related experience or 1 year with a college degree or medical/technical certification
  • Understanding of IAIABC and Workers' Compensation Claims Reporting
  • Familiarity with workcomp.net or relevant industry experience
  • Workers' compensation knowledge/background is required
