Job Summary
Working remotely in Ukraine during night shifts, the full-time Technical Support Representative will deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality support across various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware, software, and networking systems
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and consistently
- Continuously build technical knowledge of products and systems to improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment
- Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced English fluency required (spoken and written)
- Ability to work shifts aligned with US business hours (between 12:00pm-4:00am Monday through Friday)
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
