Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Technical Support Representative, the ideal candidate will manage multi-channel customer inquiries, perform deep-dive troubleshooting across various software platforms, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a consistent schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor
- Identify root causes of problems in complex software environments
- Take ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is achieved
Required qualifications:

- Excellent English reading and writing skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM
