Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Technical Client Support Representative will troubleshoot software issues, resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and help clients maximize their use of the AdvancedMD platform in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Master the AdvancedMD Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) Suite to provide effective client support
  • Respond to client software inquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Document software bugs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to find solutions
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred
  • Ability to learn medical and software terminology
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Product Suite is a plus
