Job Summary
To support a growing technical support team, the full-time Technical Support Representative will provide remote assistance to clients regarding software solutions and enterprise-level networking equipment while managing support tickets and conducting customer training.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for Diverse Computing products to nationwide customers
- Configure, install, and maintain customers' routers and VPN applications
- Enter, monitor, and maintain incoming support tickets while performing quality assurance testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support (preferred)
- Strong understanding of computers, operating systems, and information technology concepts
- Basic knowledge of core networking concepts and network security
- Ability to work from 8am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, with rotational on-call duties
