Job Summary

Providing remote customer support, the full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email with troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of products while promoting positive customer relations.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Instruct customers and installers on equipment installation and operation while maintaining professionalism
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or a call center
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and hardware basics
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Private workspace with a strong wired internet connection
