Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Technical Support Representative will assist customers via phone, chat, and email with troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of products while promoting positive customer relations.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver inbound technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Instruct customers and installers on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; technical support or call center experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while assisting customers in real time
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including OS navigation and hardware basics
  • Private workspace and strong internet connection with wired connectivity capability
