Job Summary
Providing exceptional pre-sale support and troubleshooting, the full-time Technical Support Representative will analyze customer issues, collaborate on equipment specifications, and assist field technicians, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls to the Tech Support line with enthusiasm and attentiveness
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose customer issues promptly through phone and email interactions
- Collaborate with customers and the sales team to determine suitable fragrance delivery equipment for specific applications
Required qualifications
- An associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with small devices
- Previous customer service experience with strong written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly to new products and processes
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online applications
