Job Summary

Providing exceptional pre-sale support and troubleshooting, the full-time Technical Support Representative will analyze customer issues, collaborate on equipment specifications, and assist field technicians, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls to the Tech Support line with enthusiasm and attentiveness
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose customer issues promptly through phone and email interactions
  • Collaborate with customers and the sales team to determine suitable fragrance delivery equipment for specific applications
Required qualifications
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with small devices
  • Previous customer service experience with strong written and oral communication skills
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly to new products and processes
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online applications
